Customizing Your Display
It's easy to change the appearance of Web pages.
To change fonts
- On the View menu, click Options.
- Click the General tab, if necessary.
- Click Font Settings, and then specify the font you want to use for each of the
following:
- Proportional Font is the font used for most text.
- Fixed-Width Font is the font used for fixed-width text.
- Click OK.
To change the display of links
- On the View menu, click Options.
- Click the General Tab, if necessary.
- Under Links, specify the color of the following:
- Visited is the color of hyperlinks to pages that you have already viewed.
- Unvisited is the color of hyperlinks to pages that you have not viewed.
- Click OK.
To underline hypertext links
- On the View menu, click Options.
- Click the General tab, if necessary.
- Select the Underline Links check box.
- Click OK.
To specify custom colors
- On the View menu, click Options.
- Click the General tab, if necessary.
- Clear the Use Windows Colors check box, and then click the sample boxes to choose your text and background colors.
- Click OK.
Note- These colors will be used when a page does not specify its own background or text color.
